These modern two & three bedroom holiday cottages with their own private parking are within a stones throw of all the main attractions on beach road and only 100mts to the golden sandy beach.

Pets are welcome at Ł25.00 per pet per week.

Within a couple of minutes you will find yourself on the golden sands of Hemsby beach. Opposite the cottages there is the 'Lacon Arms' public house and just around the corner the 'Seadell' Country Club, which offers entertainment most evenings. You have FREE membership into this club.

Your holiday home ~ These superb cottages have lounge, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and either two or three bedrooms upstairs. All cottages are equipped to a very high standard, comfortable lounge with three piece suite, Colour tv, coffee table, dinning suite and convector heater.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with both cooker and micro-wave, fridge, toaster, kettle and all saucepans, crockery etc., is provided. Bathroom consists of shower, wash-basin and w.c. There is a shaver point and wall heater for your convenience. An emersion heater is provided for constant hot water. Electricity is by Ł1.00 coin meter.

Sleeping arrangements ~ The two bedroom cottages sleep 4-6 (D terms) and have one double bedroom, the other has three single beds, the three bedroom cottages sleep 6 - 8 (F Terms).

Two of the bedrooms have 1 double bed and one single bed the third has either two or three single beds (please enquire on booking) All bedrooms have wardrobes and dressing tables and are complete with duvets. All you need to do is bring your own linen or you may hire this when booking your holiday (see hire charges).

Your holiday cottage is complete with fitted carpets throughout and a vacuum cleaner is provided for your convenience. The price for a two bedroom cottage is under D terms is up to 4 persons sharing, extra persons after this on a full weeks booking is Ł25 per person per week (max 6 people).

The price for a three bedroom cottage is under our F terms for up to six persons sharing, again extra persons are priced at Ł25 per person per week (max 8 people). See main price list for further details. Please note this includes all members of the party including children and infants (the only exception to this rule is when a cot is hired for a baby).
