This very well kept park is only a short walk from lovely sandy beaches and all the amenities and attractions of Hemsby and Newport. Unfortunatley The Toppers Club house did not open for the 2010 season, however only 500mts from the Sundowner is the Bermuda park were you can use their club and their indoor swimming pool is also available to non residents at a small entrance fee.
Your dog is also welcome at the Sundowner park @ £25 per pet providing he or she is kept on a leash at all times when exercising in the park.

Your holiday home ~ You will have a lovely holiday in your Marina chalet on Sundowner which comprises of the following - the open plan lounge/kitchen is equipped for all your holiday needs , with easy chairs and settee, (some have a bedsettee) dinning suite,colour t.v. and electric heater. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle etc and all crockery, cutlery is provided for. Constant hot water is provided by an immersion heater and electricity is by £1 meter. The bathroom has full size bath, wash basin and WC.

Sleeping arrangements ~ One double room with double bed and built in wardrobes, the 2nd is twin bedded also with built in wardrobe. Duvets are provided on the beds along with the sheets and pillow cases which are free of charge. The three bedroom is the same but has twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There are fitted carpets throughout and a upright vacuum cleaner for your convenience. There is adequate car parking close by your chalet. Extra person charge of £25.00 per person applies after 4 persons.

The above prices is for a two bedroom chalet :-A Terms, for up to four people sharing (this includes all children and infants). An extra person charge of £20 per person, per week applies after this in all cases (the only exception to this rule is when a cot is hired for a baby).Pets are also welcome @ £20 per pet per week (maxmium two pets)
