You are only a short walk from lovely sandy beaches and all the amenities and attractions of Hemsby and Newport.

Unfortunatley The Toppers Club house will not be open for the 2010 season, however only 500mts from the Sundowner is the Bermuda park were you can use their club free of charge and their indoor swimming pool is also available to non residents at a small entrance fee.


Your holiday home ~ You will have a lovely holiday in your luxury 35ft x 12ft caravan on Sundowner. Which comprises of the following - the open plan lounge/kitchen-diner is equipped for all your holiday needs, Lovely lounge with colour-co-ordinated carpet and curtains and luxurious surraound seating  matching wall units and coffee table, coal effect gas fire, colour t.v a spacious dining area with free standing table and chairs. The extra width of this caravan, gives you an exceptional feeling of space and comfort. The Willoughby also has a Super kitchen area with fridge a microwave & Gas cooker with cooker hood. The kitchen is well equipped with kettle and all crockery, cutlery being provided for. Constant hot water is provided to the bathroom and kitchen by a gas immersion heater The bathroom has shower, wash basin and WC.
Electricity & Gas is free of charge in both types of caravan offered on this web site.

Sleeping arrangements ~  is as follows. One double room with double bed and built in wardrobes, the double bedroom also has an en-suite consisting of toilet hand hand basin. The 2nd is twin bedded also with built in wardrobe. Duvets are provided on the beds along with a pillow, duvet covers are provided along with sheets and pillow cases. There are fitted carpets throughout and a upright vacuum cleaner for your convenience. There is adequate car parking next to your caravan.
