This very well kept park has a golf course on site and a small childrens play area.

You are only a short walk from lovely sandy beaches and all the amenities and attractions of Hemsby and Newport. Unfortunatley The Toppers Club house will not be open for the 2010 season, however only 500mts from the Sundowner is the Bermuda park were you can use their club for a small membership fee for the chalet and their indoor swimming pool is also available to non residents at a small entrance fee.
Your dog is also welcome @ £25 per pet providing he or she is kept on a leash at all times when exercising in the park.


Your holiday home ~ You will have a lovely holiday in your  caravan on Sundowner which comprises of the following - the open plan lounge/kitchen is equipped for all your holiday needs, Lovely lounge with colour-co-ordinated carpet and curtains and  surround seating,  colour t.v  a spacious dining area with free standing table.  Some caravans have a pull out sofa bed in the lounge for extra sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle etc and all crockery, cutlery is provided for. Constant hot water is provided to the bathroom and kitchen by a gas intanious immersion heater. The bathroom has shower, wash basin and WC.
Gas & electric heaters are provided for all your heating requirements. Electricity & Gas is free of charge in both types of caravan.

Sleeping arrangements ~ are as follows. One double room with double bed and built in wardrobes, the 2nd is twin bedded also with built in wardrobe. Some have a pull out sofa bed in the lounge (please enquire when booking as we cannot change you to one that sleeps six on the day of arrival if previously you had booked for four. Duvets are provided on the beds along with a pillow, a duvet cover and bottom sheet & pillow case, There are fitted carpets throughout and a upright vacuum cleaner for your convenience. There is adequate car parking next to your caravan. Extra person charge of £25.00 per person applies after 4 persons in all caravans that sleep 4-6.
