'Solitaire' is situated on Parklands Estate which is located in the centre of Hemsby Village. Within easy walking distance you have a Spar mini market for all your grocery needs, 'Allen's' the butchers, home made bakery and for all your take-away requirements there is the Hong Kong Chinese, Hemsby Village Pizza and fish and chip-shop. Close by you have Hemsby Medical Centre, dentist and not forgetting the ladies hair stylist at the entrance to Parklands. There are also two traditional pubs just a stroll away offering some entertainment and good value meals and beverages to your taste. Of course the beach and sea are only a short distance away. Parklands is a small holiday estate off north road Hemsby with all detached brick built bungalows with large areas of grass and trees and is situated away from the main road and is a quiet and safe environment for children and pets alike.

Solitaire is a detached four bedroom brick built bungalow with fully enclosed rear garden which makes it very safe for children and pets, the rear garden is surrounded by a large mature hedge for your privacy and has a raised patio area complete with patio table and chairs. The bungalow comes with a large garage and tarmac driveway with comfortable parking for up to three cars. Your pets are welcome in this luxury bungalow at Ł25 per dog per week, however we request you don't leave your pet unattended in the bungalow. Any pet hairs and fouling in the gardens must be removed before your departure.

Your holiday home ~ The large comfortable lounge comprises of a modern three-piece suite, colour television sky freeview and video/dvd player. A brick fireplace with electric fire, wall unit, coffee table and occasional tables. The Fully Fitted kitchen comes with built in oven and hob, microwave, larder fridge and separate freezer, automatic washing machine, kettle, toaster and table and chairs. As you would expect all crockery and cutlery are provided for. The kitchen also has a door leading to the rear garden. The dining room is situated at the front entrance to the bungalow and has table and chairs with the french doors leading to the main hallway. The bathroom consists of bath with shower, hand basin and WC for constant hot water an immersion heater is provided for your convenience.

Sleeping arrangements ~ Bedroom one has a double bed, double wardrobe, dressing table and chest of draws, matching headboard and bedside tables. Bedroom two has a double bed and a single bed, dressing table with draws and wardrobe. Bedroom three has 2 single beds, double wardrobe, dressing table and chest of draws. Bedroom four has one single bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. Each bed is complete with duvet, duvet cover and linen a bedding charge of Ł25 is made for this and all beds are made up for your arrival. This luxury bungalow also has a fifth room where you can store you luggage etc. Solitaire also comes with upright vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and has fitted carpets throughout. Electricity is by Ł1 coin meter. Convector heater are provided for summer time heating, however this bungalow has oil fired central heating throughout and can be arranged for early and late lets for which an extra charge will be made (Please request upon booking). Please note the price is for up to 6 persons sharing and any extra persons will be charged @ Ł40 per person per week, up to a maximum of 8 people using the bungalow.
