Your easiest way to make a booking is to first phone our Hemsby Booking Office to see if your first choice of accommodation and dates are available. Have your "Carefree Holidays" Brochure with you and an alternative choice in mind. Our booking Office is open anytime during the day, in the evening and all day Saturday and Sunday. Your calls will be answered personally. Make your reservation then send off your completed Booking Form and deposit in the addressed envelope provided. The Amount of deposit for you to send is £50 Inclusive of your Cancellation Plan payment. Or £30 Inclusive of your Cancellation Plan payment for short breaks. Cheques should be payable to Witheridge (not Carefree Holidays), this is to comply with the new Payee Only rule, or simply fill in your credit or debit card details on the booking form provided with this brochure, or simply call us on 01493 732 176 and give your card details over the phone.

Send by first class post so that we receive it within 5 days, to:

Remember: Cheap rate phone calls are available after 6pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday.

E Terms: 3 Bed Laurels, three bedroom caravan Belle-Aire and three bedroom caravan Sundowner
F Terms: 3 Bed Jasmine & 38ft x 12ft Caravan on Sundowner
G Terms: Solitaire Bungalow

The above prices are for two, three & four bedroom chalets and the one, two and three bedroom bungalows, caravans and cottages featured in our brochure. Each accommodation is marked with a letter (A Terms up to G Terms) so that you can easily identify with this price list the price of your accommodation.

The price is up to four in all 2 bedroom accommodation and up to six in all three bedroom accommodation (THIS INCLUDES ALL CHILDREN AND INFANTS) An extra person charge of £25.00 per person per week applies in two bedroom chalets, bungalows, cottages, caravans and all types of, three and four bedroom accommodation. This includes ALL members of the party including children and infants. (the only exception to this rule is when a cot is hired for a baby). For the Solitaire bungalow the extra person charge applies after 6 persons at £40 per person per week.

PLEASE NOTE: Many of the two bedroom chalets now only sleep four people, as per the price list. There will be chalets available that sleep six using a bedsettee as before. However, this type of chalet must be reserved at the time of booking, and the extra person charge paid. If you are bringing more than four people, WE CANNOT, on the day of arrival change your accommodation to sleep six, if previously you had booked for four. Also please note that only the persons named on your booking form are entitled to stay in the accommodation. Pets are £25 per pet per week

You may pay your initial deposit or the full balance of your holiday now or the outstanding balance on your holiday 28 days before the commencement of your holiday by all major credit and debit cards. On credit card transactions you must add 1.5% to the overall cost of your holiday, unless your are paying by Switch, Visa Delta, Visa Electron or Solo where there is no surcharge. Easter, May, June and September, any extra nights if available at £30 per night. The extra night charged is applicable only to full weeks booking and doesn't apply to short break holidays. Our Christmas break this year as usual finishes on December 31st, anyone requiring extra nights to take you into the New Year will be charged at £30 per night.

Any hiring you may require has to be booked when you send in your booking using the hiring form on the reverse side of the booking form and all cheques made payable to 'WITHERIDGE'. For bookings within four weeks of your holiday full payment is required when you book. Any free linen offered is on full week bookings only. If you hire a cot from us please note you will need to bring your own linen/bedding for your child.
