This very pleasant  park is very close to the local beach with good ammenities and offers two bedroom chalets.  Available on site there is a large outdoor heated pool, we also offer free membership into the club Oasis on the California Sands park-just a 5 minute walk away.  A selection of shops, resturant and fish & chip shop are close by.


Scratby is situated 5 miles north of Great Yarmouth with a regular bus service to Gt yarmouth or surrounding areas. You can take the short walk to the beach or venture further to discover the beauty of the Norfolk coastline with it's fabulous walks and scenery. just a little further down the coast you have the holiday resorts of Newport & Hemsby and Winterton on sea.




Your accommodation comprises of a good size lounge, bathroom , kitchen and two bedrooms.


The lounge has three piece suite, table and chairs, coffee table, colour TV. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge kettle etc. All saucepans, crockery etc is provided for.


The Bathroom consists of full size bath some with electric shower over, hand basin and W.C


Sleeping arrangements: The two bedroom chalets has a double bed in one room, wardrobe etc and twin beds in the 2nd Bedroom plus wardrobes ect.


~ A Terms The price for a two bedroom chalet under B terms is for up to four persons sharing, extra persons after this on a full weeks booking is £25 per person per week. (max 6 people if a chalet with Bedsettee is available).


The chalets are well equipped with upright hoover and fitted carpets throughout, in some cases there is laminate flooring in place of the carpets. Hot water is provided by an immersion heater and electricity is supplied through a One pound coin meter.


All linen is supplied free of charge and free swimming is provided from Easter  until late summer. You Have free membership into the club Oasis on the California Sands Park just a 5 minute walk away.
