We essentially are a holiday lettings agency for all types of accommodation, including bungalows, cottages, chalets and caravans in the holiday and residential area's of Caister, Hemsby, Newport and Winterton on Sea.

We have been operating for 13 years and have wealth of experience to offer anybody interested in sub-letting their accommodation through our company.

We advertise widely in all sorts of media, including national newspapers such as the News of the world and the Sun, to regional local papers and media you would buy from a book shop. Publications such as Pets welcome and the Great Yarmouth guide are good examples.

Plus lots of internet advertising and web space.

Our advertising budget currently exceeds £20,000.00 per annum and our telephone lines are open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm to take brochure requests and bookings.

We charge 15% commission on all bookings and offer a full cleaning and linen service plus key handling from our reception at extra charge.
